          • If Borrower(s) wants to use the 2017 Tax Returns to qualify and has recently filed (so transcripts are unavailable), we will accept 2017 Tax Returns signed by the Borrower(s), with:

                    ∙Proof the tax returns were filed by one of the following:

                    ∙Electronic receipt from e-filing

                    ∙Stamped IRS receipt

                    ∙Letter from CPA/Accountant and

                    ∙Proof of either Taxes paid (canceled check) or Refund received (bank statement)

                    Please reference section 816 in Home Point Seller Guide

          • The email address is available to all active Correspondents and is manned during the times of 8 am through 6 pm EST

          • HomeStyle® product updates:

                    ∙Will allow some borrowers to qualify at 97% LTV/CLTV
