          -   We will purchase up to 5 Investment properties per borrower

          -   A borrower can request a loan recast if they meet the following requirements:

                     1.  Must be a Conventional Loan

                     2.  At least two payments have been completed

                     3.  Minimum of $10,000 to be paid toward principal balance

                     4.  Must pay upfront $350 processing fee

          -   We have the ability to underwrite your loans (Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA)

          -   MI Cancelation and Payment Recast / Principal Balance reduction

          -   Home Point retains the Servicing on the majority of the loans we purchase
